Fireside Day Centre 
Training for Member Support Helpers; The Fireside currently has ten ex-clients who volunteer and work unpaid for anything from a couple of hours a week upwards, depending on their situation. At present, there is no budget for training Member Support Helpers / volunteers and The Fireside would like funding to be used to provide basic training, including first aid and food hygiene, benefit courses, fire safety, homeless issues etc.

St Basils
STaMP (Schools Training and Mentoring Project): Service offered to schools with the aim of informing 13-16 year olds about the realities of homelessness and family estrangement through the involvement of young people who themselves have been homeless. The feedback from these sessions often leads to families in crisis accessing the Family Mediation Service.
