| Oxford Night Shelter The shelter's main aim is to assist homeless people to tackle the problems that have led them to be homeless and to help them find accommodation that they can sustain and thrive in. | Elmore Community Services The Elmore Team works with people with mental health problems, drug and alcohol addictions, offending histories and those who are on the brink of becoming or are homeless. They provide practical help, emotional support, advocacy and targeted outreach to those who are hard to engage. The StreetSmart grant will be used towards their Welfare Fund, which will provide drinks for clients and also provide them with a variety of items. | Simon House Simon House is a 52-bed hostel situated within Oxford City Centre, providing accommodation and support to vulnerable homeless people. They also provide them with 4 distinct services: Complex Needs, Supporting People, Oxford City Council Respite and Young Persons'. The StreetSmart grant will go towards providing options of meaningful occupation and a chance to get back into paid employment for the people participating in the Stage 2 of their "Pathway to Potential Module."
