Booth Centre
The majority of people attending the Booth Centre have no qualifications and lack confidence, skills and self-esteem. Most have left school before the age of 16 and have a negative attitude towards formal education. Lack of meaningful occupation results in boredom and increases problems of alcohol and drug misuse and poor, mental heath and this compounds the problems of their homelessness.
